The grades explained

Excellent

These products come in an excellent cosmetic condition. From fully refurbished machines to unwanted returns, you can enjoy a device that looks like-new for an incredible price. Our expert engineers have checked and tested every product to ensure they're in exceptional working order.

Very Good

These devices arrive in a good cosmetic condition. They may display very light cosmetic marks like scratches or dents but are in full working order. All Grade A2 products are rigorously tested by our expert engineers.

Good

These products are in an average cosmetic condition. They will have some moderate signs of wear and tear, including scratches and dents, but this does not affect how each device performs. These products have been thoroughly checked and tested by our expert engineers and are in full working order.

Individually graded

All TR-graded devices are trade-ins from customers. This means each product listing is unique, so when they're gone, they're gone. Our engineers describe each item's condition and share images on the product page where possible.
