You've put a lot of time and effort into choosing the perfect monitor for you, so the last thing you want is to receive it only to find something is wrong. Even the highest spec monitors from the most recognisable brands could be delivered with issues such as dead pixels, but this isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty. There's no reason you should have to take that risk or put up with that annoyance, so we want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

That's what makes our pre-delivery inspection the perfect solution, giving you peace of mind that your monitor will be in full working order when it arrives. With a five point inspection, our engineers check everything from the plugs and leads to start up to ensure you'll be over the moon with your choice.

How does it work?

Choose the monitor that's perfect for your needs, add it to your basket and you'll see this service listed below. Otherwise, click Add to Basket at the top of this page.

We'll then pick your chosen monitor and hand it to our trusty tech team to inspect.

Our tech team will carefully carry out the five point inspection – don't worry, your monitor is in safe hands!

After everything's been checked, they'll repackage your monitor and it'll be ready for delivery or collection.

Our five point inspection…

Start up

We'll turn your monitor on, taking it through the initial set-up you are faced with when turning on a monitor for the first time.

Display check

Your monitor will go through a full display check to ensure there are no dead or stuck pixels. Checks such as Block colour, Screen burn, Resolution, Brightness and Contrast are also included. Noticing a dead pixel can ruin your experience and they are extremely hard to ignore but manufacturers won't consider this to be a fault or worthy of a return.

Plugs, leads and stand

We'll check the contents of your monitor's box to make sure you receive the correct plug, leads and accessories and, if any are missing, we'll replace them for you. We'll also check your stand and fixings.

Audio check

If your monitor features built in speakers, we'll put them to the test too. By playing a variety of forms of audio playback, we'll check everything is crystal clear.

Ports check

Every port and connection including HDMI, DVI, VGA, DisplayPort and power connections are carefully inspected to ensure they're all in complete working order.
